DMK Minister Sekarbabu Identifies Housing and Traffic Solutions as Key Priorities for Harbour Constituency

Minister P.K. Sekarbabu has announced plans for the construction of 3,000 multi-storey housing units, aimed at addressing the growing housing needs in the region. The development is part of a larger strategy to enhance urban infrastructure and improve living conditions.

In addition to the housing units, a multi-level car parking facility is currently under construction in Broadway. This initiative is expected to alleviate traffic congestion in nearby areas, including Sowcarpet, which has seen increased vehicle flow due to its commercial significance.

Furthermore, the Minister has expressed a commitment to expanding the educational sector by increasing the number of schools, learning centers, and libraries in the area. This expansion aims to improve access to quality education and foster community development.
