Government plans to raise income limit for post-matric scholarship for SCs, OBCs, DNTs from 2026-27 onwards

Significant revisions are being proposed to the scholarship programs administered by the Ministry of Social Justice and the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Additionally, there is a plan to rename the overseas scholarship scheme for Scheduled Castes after Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
