Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences Holds Graduation Ceremony for 156 MBBS Students
The Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) in Kalaburagi held its sixth graduation ceremony on Saturday, where it awarded MBBS degrees to 156 students from the 2020 cohort. This event marks a significant milestone for both the institution and the graduates, highlighting the successful completion of their rigorous medical education.
In addition to the conferral of degrees, the ceremony featured addresses from esteemed faculty members and distinguished guests, who emphasized the importance of medical professionals in addressing public health challenges. The institute, established to enhance healthcare education and services in the region, has produced a total of 936 graduates since its inception. As these new doctors enter the workforce, they will contribute to improving healthcare access and quality in Karnataka and beyond.
