Hrithik Roshan Secures Mumbai Office Space at Rs 17 Lakh Monthly租金

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has finalized a lease for a premium office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, one of the citys vibrant commercial districts. The agreement with Clearsynth Labs covers a duration of five years, commencing on April 1, 2026.

The office spans approximately 6,000 square feet and includes provisions for seven parking spaces. The initial monthly rent is set at Rs 17 lakh, which will increase to Rs 19.55 lakh after three years, with the lease ending on March 31, 2031.

Andheri West is known for its mix of residential and commercial properties and is a significant hub for entertainment and media professionals, making it a strategic location for Roshan. The actor is not only renowned for his successful film career but also for his ventures in various entrepreneurial fields.
