ICAI Initiates 65th Campus Placement Programme for Newly Qualified CAs, Announcing 5,339 Vacancies

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has launched its 65th Campus Placement Programme aimed at newly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) from the May 2026 CA Final examination cohort. In this first phase of the programme, 6,399 candidates have registered, with 78 organizations offering a total of 5,339 vacancies.

The interviews for candidates will take place across 29 designated centres during the months of August and September 2026. This initiative seeks to connect newly qualified CAs with potential employers in various sectors, including finance, audit, taxation, consulting, and banking, among others.

The Campus Placement Programme is a significant opportunity for recent graduates to begin their professional careers and gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of accountancy. Last years programme saw similar levels of participation, reflecting the growing demand for qualified financial professionals in the industry.
