Increase in Pilgrims Utilizing TTD’s Complimentary Luggage Deposit and Delivery Services

During the months of April and May 2023, over 5.13 million individuals utilized the facility provided to devotees visiting the Tirumala temple. Notably, in just the last three days, approximately 341,000 people took advantage of this service. This facility is managed through 66 designated counters strategically located across Tirumala and along the pedestrian routes leading to the temple.

The increase in the number of visitors highlights the temple’s continued significance as a major pilgrimage destination in India. Tirumala, renowned for its rich cultural heritage and spiritual importance, attracts millions of devotees annually. The facilities provided aim to streamline the flow of visitors and enhance their overall experience at the temple complex.
