India-U.S. Trade Deal Dependent on Preferential Tariff Agreement, Says Piyush Goyal

Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal stated that the finalization of a comprehensive trade deal between India and the United States is contingent upon the U.S. extending preferential tariff rates to India.
