INDIA Bloc Opposes Delimitation Proposal

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has emphasized the opposition’s position regarding women’s reservation, affirming that the coalition is not against the implementation of such measures. However, he stated that the opposition will not support the passage of delimitation provisions linked to the reservation proposal.

Delimitation refers to the process of redrawing the boundaries of electoral constituencies, which can significantly impact political representation.
