India Accelerates Development of Urea Factory in Russia in Response to Crisis Linked to Iran Conflict

India is expediting plans for the establishment of a urea production facility in Togliatti, Russia, in response to the ongoing fertilizer crisis exacerbated by the conflict in the Middle East and supply chain disruptions.
