India Achieves Milestone with Seven Schools Selected for 2026 Worlds Best School Prizes Shortlist

Seven Indian schools have been officially shortlisted as finalists for the World’s Best School Prizes 2026, marking a significant achievement as this is the highest number of schools from any single country to reach the top 10 in a single year. These schools are being recognized across four distinct categories: Innovation, Community Collaboration, Environmental Action, and Supporting Healthy Lives.

The World’s Best School Prizes aim to highlight and reward exceptional educational practices from around the globe that contribute to student success and well-being. The winners for each category will be announced in November 2026. In addition to the main awards, all shortlisted schools will also be vying for the Community Choice Award, which allows the public to participate in the voting process to select their favorite school based on community impact.
