Iran Critiques US Influence at BRICS Meeting in Delhi

During the recent BRICS summit held in New Delhi, Irans Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi made comments directed at the United States, referring to it as “an empire in decline.” His remarks came amid a broader discussion on geopolitical shifts and the evolving landscape of international power dynamics.

The BRICS group, which includes Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, has increasingly positioned itself as a counterbalance to Western influence.
