Kappad Blue Flag Beach to Receive ₹5 Crore Infrastructure Improvement Project

The District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) has announced a multi-phase development plan aimed at improving local tourism facilities. The first phase of the initiative will receive an investment of ₹1 crore, which will be directed towards essential maintenance tasks and the restoration of fundamental amenities for visitors.

Following this initial phase, a second phase is planned with an increased budget of ₹4 crores. This phase will prioritize significant aesthetic improvements and the preservation of the site’s natural and cultural heritage.
