Kerala Plans to Utilize All Available Spaces for Farming, Including Fallow Lands, Says Minister T. Siddique

A new initiative, the Kathir project, has been launched with the aim of bridging the gap between students and agricultural practices. The project is designed to engage students in practical farming activities, thereby enhancing their understanding of sustainable agricultural methods and the significance of agriculture in the economy.

The Kathir project incorporates field trips, workshops, and hands-on training sessions led by experienced farmers and agricultural experts. Students will have the opportunity to learn about various farming techniques, crop management, and the importance of sustainability in agriculture.
