Lokesh Encourages West Bengal Investors to Participate in Andhra Pradeshs Development Initiatives

During a recent session held in Kolkata focused on investment opportunities in Andhra Pradesh (A.P.), the state’s IT and Human Resource Development Minister highlighted A.P.s significant progress in reform implementation. He reported that the state currently attracts approximately 25% of the total foreign direct investments (FDIs) entering India.

The Minister engaged with executives from various companies, outlining the diverse investment opportunities available in multiple sectors within Andhra Pradesh. These sectors include information technology, agriculture, renewable energy, and infrastructure development, which are seen as key areas for growth and investment.

The session aimed to foster partnerships and attract more investments to the region, showcasing A.P.s favorable business environment, strategic location, and proactive government policies designed to facilitate economic development. The Minister’s outreach is part of a broader initiative to position Andhra Pradesh as an attractive destination for both domestic and international investors.
