Modi Achieves Milestone as Indias Longest Serving Elected Prime Minister; NDA Commemorates the Occasion

The Union Cabinet has officially commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi for achieving the milestone of becoming Indias longest-serving elected Prime Minister, having completed 4,399 consecutive days in office. This significant achievement has been acknowledged by various leaders, including President Droupadi Murmu, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who expressed their support and recognition of Modis tenure.

Prime Minister Modi took office in May 2014 and has since implemented several major initiatives, such as the Goods and Services Tax (GST), the Make in India campaign, and the Swachh Bharat Mission, aimed at improving infrastructure, economic growth, and sanitation across the nation. Modis leadership has also been marked by a focus on digital transformation and initiatives to promote renewable energy.

This landmark achievement not only reflects Modis continued political influence but also the BJPs sustained governance in India, raising discussions about his future plans and the partys strategies as it approaches the upcoming 2024 general elections.
