NSA Doval Engages in Discussions with BRICS Counterparts on West Asia and India-China Relations
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has announced that National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Irans Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani met to assess the current situation in West Asia. During their discussions, they explored avenues for collaboration within the BRICS framework, as well as enhancing bilateral relations between India and Iran.
Furthermore, in a meeting between Doval and Chinas Foreign Minister Wang Yi, both sides acknowledged positive developments towards the gradual normalization of diplomatic relations. This interaction coincides with Indias ongoing efforts to strengthen its ties with both nations while navigating the complexities of regional politics.
