Priyank Kharge Announces Upgraded Version of e-Swathu 2.0 to Address Key Issues

During a recent review meeting in Bengaluru, the Minister assessed the progress of the platform with relevant officials. To date, a total of 152,863 applications have been submitted across the state. Out of these, 133,803 applications have been successfully processed.

The platform, which aims to streamline services for citizens, has garnered significant attention since its launch. Officials indicated that continued efforts are being made to address any pending applications and enhance the efficiency of the processing system. Additional resources are expected to be allocated to ensure timely service delivery and improved user experience. The Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining transparency and responsiveness in handling applications to foster public trust in the system.
