Rail Minister Highlights ₹60,000 Crore Subsidy and Amrit Bharat Trains to Enhance Affordable Rail Travel

Railway Minister announces that currently, 133 Amrit Bharat trains are undergoing various stages of manufacturing. These trains have been designed to enhance passenger services and connectivity across the Indian rail network. The rollout of Amrit Bharat trains has already commenced in several states, including West Bengal, Assam, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, marking a significant step towards modernizing the railway infrastructure in India.
