Filming for the biopic titled “Dada: The Sourav Ganguly Story” has transitioned to Kolkata, where Rajkummar Rao is playing the role of Sourav Ganguly, the former captain of the Indian cricket team. The production is currently taking place at significant sites such as Gangulys childhood home in Behala and the historic Eden Gardens cricket stadium. These locations are instrumental in portraying Gangulys formative years and his cricketing achievements, which played a pivotal role in shaping his career.
The film aims to provide an in-depth look at Ganguly’s journey, chronicling his evolution from a young cricket enthusiast to a revered sports figure in India.
