Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has entered into a leasing agreement for her luxury apartment located in Bandra West, Mumbai, with the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait. According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, the annual rental value is set at Rs 1.92 crore, which translates to a monthly rent of Rs 16 lakh.

The apartment will serve as residential accommodations for Emad Abdul Aziz Al-Kharaz, the Consul General of Kuwait, along with his family members and designated staff. The lease agreement is set to commence on June 7, 2026, and will be valid for a period of one year, concluding on June 6, 2027.
