Suspension of Medical Services under Dr. NTR Vaidya Seva to Continue Until Outstanding Dues are Settled

More than 600 private and 200 government network hospitals in the state are offering cashless treatment services under a healthcare scheme previously known as Aarogyasri. This initiative allows eligible individuals to access necessary medical care without upfront costs, as the expenses incurred are reimbursed by the government.

Aarogyasri, which has been rebranded, aims to provide financial assistance for various health conditions and surgical procedures, alleviating the burden on low-income families. The scheme is part of a broader effort to enhance healthcare accessibility and mitigate out-of-pocket expenses for patients in the region, particularly those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

The program covers a wide range of services, including inpatient treatments, and is designed to improve healthcare outcomes by ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate medical care.
