Specifically, 276 shops are situated within 500 meters of various places of worship, which include churches, mosques, and temples, reflecting the shops accessibility to individuals attending religious services. Additionally, 186 of these shops are positioned in proximity to educational institutions, such as schools and universities, indicating a potential target market of students and their families. Furthermore, 255 shops are located near bus terminuses, enhancing their visibility and accessibility to commuters.
