Workshops Conducted for Underperforming Government Hospitals; Clarifications Requested
During recent review meetings in Amaravati, officials and medical staff from various hospitals were called upon to address patient feedback that was reported through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). The discussions focused on critical issues such as instances of doctors’ absence, perceived negligence in duties, and sanitation deficiencies within the healthcare facilities.
These meetings aim to improve overall patient care and address concerns raised by the community. The IVRS feedback system, which allows patients to anonymously report their experiences, is a part of the states ongoing efforts to enhance accountability and transparency in the healthcare sector. Officials emphasized the necessity for hospitals to maintain high standards of medical practice and cleanliness to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
Further measures are expected to be implemented as a result of these discussions, highlighting the government’s commitment to strengthening the healthcare system in Amaravati and ensuring that all patients receive the quality care they deserve.
