Bengaluru Commuters Anticipate Full Opening of Silk Board Flyover Amidst Potential New Traffic Challenges

The Bengaluru Traffic Police have identified a potential congestion issue at Aravind Junction, a critical intersection serving both residential and commercial areas. To address the anticipated traffic bottleneck, the department plans to implement several strategic measures. These include extending the duration of the traffic signal phases to enhance vehicle flow and closing two left turn lanes after the down ramp during peak traffic hours.

These interventions aim to alleviate congestion, particularly during morning and evening rush hours when traffic volume is at its highest. The Traffic Police encourage commuters to plan their routes accordingly and anticipate possible delays as these changes are put into effect. Continuous monitoring of traffic patterns will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of the interventions and make adjustments as necessary. Public feedback will also be taken into account to improve traffic management in the area.
