JoSAA 2026 Round 4 Counselling Results to be Announced Today; Candidates Required to Complete Reporting by July 13

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is set to announce the Round 4 seat allotment results today, July 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Candidates can access their provisional allotment status and cutoff ranks through the official JoSAA website.

Those who have been allotted seats are required to complete the online reporting, upload necessary documents, and make the requisite fee payment between July 10 and July 13, 2026. It is important to note that this round is the final opportunity for candidates to select either the “Float” or “Slide” option before the commencement of the fifth and final round of counseling, which is scheduled for July 16.

JoSAA administers the counseling process for admissions to various undergraduate engineering programs across IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other participating institutions. The Float option allows candidates to consider better seats in upcoming rounds, while the Slide option permits them to retain their current allotment but allows them to change to a better course within the same institution.
