Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 1 Seat Allotment for 2,410 Seats Announced

The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), based in Faridkot, announced the results of the Round 1 seat allotment for the Punjab NEET UG counselling 2026. A total of 2,410 seats have been allocated to candidates. Students can view the allotment results, which include details such as their assigned college, course, quota, and category, on the universitys official website in PDF format.

The allotment process follows the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and aims to streamline admissions into undergraduate medical courses across Punjabs institutions. Among the top choices for students this year are Dayanand Medical College and Government Medical College Patiala, both of which have consistently ranked high due to their academic programs and facilities.

Candidates who are not satisfied with their allocated seats have the option to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling, which are designed to provide more opportunities for students to secure their preferred colleges and courses.
