Danish Collaborates with Aamir and Ashutosh on New Project

Danish Pandor, recognized for his role in the popular series Dhurandhar, has been cast alongside Aamir Khan and Sidhant Gupta in Ashutosh Gowarikers upcoming film Lalkaara. In this project, Pandor will portray one of Aamir Khans friends. Notably, Vikrant Massey will not be part of the films ensemble cast.

All actors are currently participating in cricket training as part of their preparation for the film. Aamir Khan will take on the role of Lala Amarnath, a prominent figure in Indian cricket. The narrative is set against the backdrop of the intense 1952 India-Pakistan Test series, which marked a significant moment in the history of cricket between the two nations.

This film also marks a reunion between Aamir Khan and director Ashutosh Gowariker, who previously collaborated on the acclaimed film Lagaan, which was nominated for an Academy Award. Lalkaara is anticipated to explore themes of sportsmanship and rivalry, reflecting the cultural significance of cricket in India and Pakistan. Further details about the films release date and additional cast members are expected to be announced soon.
