Andhra Teen Selected for Worlds First All-Girls Moon Mission

A government school student from Andhra Pradesh, Kandula Jessie, has been selected to participate in a groundbreaking global initiative — the worlds first all-girls lunar CubeSat mission. This mission aims to empower young female scientists and provide them with hands-on experience in space exploration.

Jessie was chosen after successfully completing a rigorous online coursework program and an interview process conducted by a panel of international scientists. As part of her selection, she will be traveling to New Delhi for further training, which will focus on practical aspects of satellite design and operation.
