Government Releases Guidelines for Public-Private Partnerships in Urban Infrastructure Projects

The Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) has identified 56 projects totaling ₹23,801 crore, which are set to be implemented in two phases. In addition to these projects, the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has announced plans for further development initiatives, valued at ₹17,484 crore. These CRDA projects will be executed through private participation models, aimed at fostering investment and infrastructure growth.

The identified projects by MAUD cover a range of urban development areas, which may include housing, transportation, and public amenities, reflecting a comprehensive approach to modernizing urban spaces.
