The Ethanol Blended Petrol Programme, initiated to promote sustainable fuel options, set the original target for E20 petrol sales in numerous markets to enhance energy security and environmental sustainability. The E20 blend consists of 20% ethanol and 80% petrol.

Countries around the world are increasingly adopting such fuel blends as part of their commitments to meet climate goals and transition towards cleaner energy alternatives.
