Kerala Chief Minister Launches Anthology of Essays by Former Civil Servants
A new collection of essays has been published highlighting the insights and experiences of several distinguished retired officials from India’s civil services, including IAS (Indian Administrative Service), IPS (Indian Police Service), IFS (Indian Foreign Service), and IFoS (Indian Forest Service). Among the contributors are notable figures such as Shivshankar Menon, former National Security Advisor; Vinod Rai, the former Comptroller and Auditor General of India; and Amitabh Kant, former CEO of NITI Aayog.
Other contributors to this anthology include E.K. Bharat Bhushan, S.M. Vijayanand, T. Balakrishnan, K. Mohandas, Alphons Kannanthanam, K.B. Valsalakumari, B. Sandhya, and Brandson Corrie. Each of these authors brings a unique perspective informed by their extensive experience in public service and governance.
The essays cover a range of topics, including policy making, governance challenges, and personal reflections on leadership within the Indian administrative framework.
