Lakshmi Parthasarathy Implements Power and Water Supply at Amaravati Workers Camp Following Inspection

The Chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh Amaravati Development Corporation (ADC), D. Lakshmi Parthasarathy, has directed contractors to enhance the quality of food and accommodation provided to migrant workers at construction sites in Amaravati. This directive came following her inspection of a labor camp near E-4 Road, where she identified deficiencies in the facilities available to the workers.

Migrant workers play a crucial role in the construction sector, contributing significantly to the development of infrastructure in the region. Ensuring their well-being is essential not only for their health and productivity but also for maintaining labor morale and retention.
