Brendon McCullum has been relieved of his duties as the head coach of the England mens Test cricket team, it has been reported. Despite his departure from the Test format, McCullum will remain in his position as the coach for the T20 and One Day International (ODI) teams.

McCullum, who took over the role in May 2022, oversaw the team during a period that included a notable series victory in Pakistan and a home series win against New Zealand. However, the recent performances of the Test team, including disappointing results that led to criticism, have played a significant role in this decision.
