NTA Confirms Nagpur Student Chose Abu Dhabi NEET Center, Dismisses Technical Error Claims

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has addressed concerns raised by a NEET-UG candidate from Nagpur regarding their exam centre allocation in Abu Dhabi. The NTA clarified that the change in the examination centre was not due to a technical glitch, as claimed by the candidate, but rather the result of an action taken by the candidate during a designated correction window. The agencys records confirmed that the alteration was user-initiated.

In response to the candidates concern and to ensure they could participate in the examination without issues, the NTA facilitated a transfer back to the original exam centre in Nagpur. This action reflects the NTAs commitment to providing support to candidates and ensuring they have the opportunity to sit for the examination as planned.

The NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate) is a crucial examination in India for students aspiring to enter medical colleges, and the NTA oversees its administration. It’s essential for candidates to pay attention to the details of their exam registrations and utilize the correction window appropriately to avoid such discrepancies.
