Odisha Conducts Voter Roll Revision, Providing Forms to 99% of Electors; 34.5% Digitized

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi participated in the Survey for Identifying Residences (SIR) campaign in his native Raikala village located in the Keonjhar district. During the event, he took part in the enumeration process by filling out his own enumeration form.

The SIR campaign aims to gather accurate data on households across the state to enhance governmental planning and resource allocation. This initiative is expected to facilitate better delivery of services and development programs tailored to the needs of specific communities. By personally engaging in the survey, Chief Minister Majhi emphasized the importance of public participation and encouraged residents to take part in the enumeration process for a comprehensive and effective data collection.
