Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) Rescheduled Due to Conflicts with Candidate Exam Dates

The Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) has been postponed to July 5, 2023, after candidates expressed concerns regarding a scheduling conflict with another recruitment examination. Initially scheduled for June 28, the exam was moved by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) of Odisha to better accommodate individuals preparing for both tests.

The OTET is a crucial examination for aspiring teachers in Odisha, as it assesses the eligibility of candidates seeking to apply for teaching positions in various schools across the state. The upcoming exam will include two papers: Paper-I and Paper-II, which are designed to evaluate the competencies of candidates at different levels of education.

In light of the new date, the BSE is expected to release updated details regarding the specific timings for each paper, as well as any additional announcements pertinent to the exam process. It is advisable for candidates to stay informed through official channels for updates leading up to the exam.
