Pawan Kalyan Initiates Initiative to Produce 2.5 Crore Seed Balls on World Environment Day

The Deputy Chief Minister recently participated in an initiative at Mulapadu, where he collaborated with local women from self-help groups and students to create seed balls. This environmentally-conscious effort aims to promote afforestation and biodiversity in the region. During the event, he observed the use of drones to disperse the seed balls efficiently into targeted areas.

The Deputy Chief Minister announced an ambitious goal to distribute seed balls across 300 locations by June 15. This initiative aligns with broader state efforts to combat deforestation and increase green cover, which are critical for improving air quality and enhancing local ecosystems. The use of technology, such as drones, marks a modern approach to environmental conservation, allowing for more extensive and effective reforestation efforts in hard-to-reach areas.
