Tigress Zeenat Welcomes Four Cubs in Similipal National Park
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi announced that the Forest Department has implemented special measures to ensure the safety of a mother animal and her cubs in the region. He emphasized that their movements are being continuously monitored to protect them and avoid any potential conflicts with local communities.
As part of these efforts, the Forest Department has deployed a team of wildlife officials equipped with tracking technology to observe the animals behavior and ensure their habitat remains undisturbed. The initiative underscores the governments commitment to wildlife conservation and the importance of cohabitation between wildlife and human populations.
Additionally, the department is conducting awareness campaigns to educate local residents about the importance of wildlife protection and the measures being undertaken to safeguard both the animals and the community. The Chief Minister urged the public to report any sightings or issues regarding wildlife in the area to assist in these conservation efforts.
