Himachal Pradesh Government Plans ₹3,000 Crore Investment in Tourism Sector; Chief Minister Engages Industry Stakeholders
At a recent conference organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chief Minister Mr. Sukhu emphasized the governments commitment to fostering a conducive environment for industrialists. He stated that any form of harassment towards entrepreneurs would be intolerable and encouraged them to bring their grievances directly to his attention.
Mr. Sukhu further outlined the governments intention to streamline the approval process for industrial projects, indicating that all necessary clearances would be centralized in one location. This initiative aims to simplify procedures for investors and promote ease of doing business within the state. He underscored the role of the Industries Department in actively facilitating investment and supporting the growth of various sectors, highlighting the governments broader strategy to enhance the industrial landscape and attract both domestic and foreign investment.
