Andhra Pradesh SIPB Endorses ₹11 Lakh Crore Investment Proposals, Minister Informs Collectors Conference
Anagani Satya Prasad, a government representative, announced that the administration has expedited the process of issuing adangals (land records) and passbooks to landowners. Furthermore, the government has de-listed 1.37 lakh acres from the prohibited 22A land list, which restricts land usage in certain areas. This move aims to facilitate land regularization and promote agricultural development.
Chief Secretary Sai Prasad reinforced the idea that the Swarna Andhra 2047 Vision, an initiative aimed at the comprehensive development of Andhra Pradesh by 2047, can be achieved through the implementation of ten guiding principles set forth by the Chief Minister. These principles focus on sustainable development, economic growth, and social equity, seeking to improve the overall quality of life for residents in the state.
The steps taken by the government are part of a broader strategy to enhance land governance and stimulate growth in the agricultural sector, which is crucial for the states economy. The reclassification of land aims to unlock development potential and improve livelihood opportunities for farmers.
