India ranks as the top-performing market for the company.

Nestlés global CEO, Philipp Navratil, highlighted the significant role that emerging markets are playing in the company’s growth strategy during his recent visit to India, his first since assuming leadership in September 2022. He indicated that India is currently positioned among Nestlés top ten markets and suggested that the country holds substantial potential for further advancement in the global landscape.

Navratils remarks come at a time when Nestlé, a leading multinational food and beverage company, is focusing on expanding its presence in various emerging markets. India, with its growing middle class, increasing urbanization, and rising consumer purchasing power, is seen as a key area for Nestlés expansion initiatives.

The company has been investing in various segments within India, including dairy, beverages, and health science products, to capitalize on the changing consumer preferences. As Nestlé continues to innovate and adapt to local tastes, it aims to strengthen its foothold in this rapidly evolving market.
