New Sri Venkateshwara Temple to Be Constructed Near Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi
The Reddy Sangha has officially transferred approximately seven acres of land to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Board. This transfer is part of ongoing efforts to support the TTDs initiatives and enhance the facilities at the Tirumala Temple, a significant pilgrimage site for millions of devotees each year.
The Reddy Sangha, a community organization, has previously engaged in various philanthropy actions to promote cultural and religious activities in the region. The land transfer is aimed at facilitating the TTD in expanding its infrastructure and services, which may include improvements to accommodation for pilgrims and other amenities.
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is responsible for the administration of the Tirupati Temple, one of the wealthiest and most visited temples in the world. It attracts an estimated 30,000 to 100,000 visitors daily, which underscores the importance of continued investment in the sites facilities.
Further details regarding future projects on the newly acquired land and the broader implications of this transfer are yet to be announced by the TTD Board.
