Telangana School Holidays in October 2026: Schedule and Updates

The government of Telangana has announced the school holiday schedule for October 2026, outlining specific closure dates across the state. This announcement comes as part of the annual academic calendar, which is designed to accommodate various festivals and events that are significant to the region.

Key holidays include the celebration of Dussehra, which is traditionally observed with various festivities and cultural programs. Schools are expected to remain closed during this period to allow students and staff to partake in these activities with their families.

In addition to the Dussehra holidays, the schedule may also take into consideration other local observances and events that can impact the school calendar. The Telangana State Board of Secondary Education (TSBSE) continues to provide updates regarding any changes to the academic schedule and other important announcements.

Parents and students are encouraged to stay informed about the latest updates by checking official communications from local educational authorities or school administrations. This will help ensure that they are aware of any adjustments to the holiday schedule or other relevant educational information.

For a complete list of holiday dates and further details, it is advisable to refer to the official TSBSE website or contact local school authorities directly.
